All block bookings are to be confirmed by the Agent a minimum of 35 days prior to arrival at the camp. Rooming lists must be submitted to the camp's reservations departments a minimum of 35 days prior to arrival.

• Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit.
• Full balance of payment is required 35 days prior to clients’ arrival.
• A confirmation voucher will be issued only on receipt of 100% payment of booking.
• Castel Mara Camp Ltd., may at its discretion, not honor a booking if payment has not been received within 35 days from the arrival date.
• The above rates are quoted in USD inclusive of taxes and are on Full Board basis. Should the Government of Kenya institute a new tax regime, levies, statutory charges, or any other input costs during the pendency of this Agreement, the Camp reserves the right to renegotiate the rates contained in the Agreement accordingly.

All payments made by cheque must be cleared prior to the arrival of the clients. In the event a cheque is returned by the bank as "unpaid" for any reason the agent shall replace the payment by cash and additionally agrees to pay the returned cheque fee thereof. The agent agrees to pay any and all costs, including legal fees, court costs and any other expenses incurred by Castel Mara camp in the collection of unpaid invoices, returned cheques or default payment. Any dispute regarding an invoice must be received by Castel Mara Camp accounts department within 4 days of invoicing and the only amount in dispute may be deducted from the invoice and payment due, which must be made within the specific time limit. Default of undisputed payment may result in Agent's clients being refused admission to the camp until payment is made. Consistent default will result in cancellation of this agreement.

Castel Mara reserves the right to revise or alter the terms and conditions, at its sole discretion, in the event of any unforeseen changes in rates offered by third party suppliers and/or in government taxes, government levies, park fees, camping fees, concession fees and conservancy fees.

Proof of residency required on check in.

We will not be liable to the agent or its client for any act of God or force majeure that disrupts a client(s) itinerary, any planned activities or experience at or between our property, even if this results in inability to deliver the contracted service.

• All rates are inclusive of VAT, government levies & service charge.
• The rates are subject to change without notice.
• The rates are per person per night unless specified otherwise.
• Credit Card Surcharge of 5 to 7% will apply or Bank Transfer Fees of $50.
